Portage Park shooting reported
A man was reported in stable condition after being shot in the arm and lower chest at about 10:35 a.m. Friday, Sept. 11, in the 4200 block of North Milwaukee Avenue, according to Chicago police.
It is suspected to be gang-related, police said.
