Gunshots reported in front of the Jefferson Park CTA Terminal
Two reported gunshots from a passing car reportedly were intended for a suspected gang member who was in front of the Jefferson Park CTA Terminal, 4917 N. Milwaukee Ave., at about 2:30 pm Wednesday, May 16, according to police.
No one was injured, and police are checking for possible surveillance camera footage which may have captured the incident. The car was not located, and the incident remains under investigation, police said.
Numerous police officers could be seen searching the area Wednesday afternoon.
