A MAN REPORTED that a man threatened him with a gun at about 11:15 p.m. Saturday, July 19, in the 3500 block of West Thorndale Avenue, according to 17th (Albany Park) District police.
The 27-year-old man reported that a white Chevrolet Malibu drove by as he was walking and that a man in the car shouted gang slogans and pointed a gun at him, according to police.
A MAN WAS shot at about 3:55 a.m. Wednesday, July 23, in the 4300 block of North Central Park Avenue, according to 17th (Albany Park) District police.
A 40-year-old man reported that his nephew got into an argument with a group of people and that he heard several shots and discovered that his 25-year-old nephew had been shot, according to police. Officers found six bullet casings on the scene, police said.
A TEENAGER reported that he was robbed at about 11:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 22, in the 4800 block of North Hamlin Avenue, according to 17th (Albany Park) District police.
The 17-year-old teenager reported that as he was taking out the garbage he heard screaming, and when he went to investigate a man pointed a gun at him and took his iPhone, according to police.
A MAN REPORTED that he was robbed at about 2:30 a.m. Tuesday, July 22, in the 4000 block of West Belmont Avenue, according to 17th (Albany Park) District police.
The 58-year-old man reported that two men held him and a third man punched him and took $335 from him, according to police.
A WOMAN reported that she was robbed at about 10:20 a.m. Tuesday, July 22, in the 3000 block of West Wilson Avenue, according to 17th (Albany Park) District police.
The 70-year-old woman reported that a man pushed her and took her necklace, according to police.
A MAN REPORTED that his car was stolen at about 4:30 a.m. Tuesday, July 22, in the 3300 block of West Pensacola Avenue, according to 17th (Albany Park) District police.
The 22-year-old man reported that he was sleeping in his 2006 Infiniti and that a man pulled him out of the vehicle, said that he was an undercover police officer and walked with him a short distance, and that when he looked back he discovered that his car was missing, according to police.
LINCOLNWOOD
A WOMAN was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol following her arrest at about 12:15 a.m. Saturday, July 20, in the 5800 block of North Central Avenue, according to Lincolnwood police.
An officer stopped a car that was being driven, and the driver was arrested after the officer smelled the odor of alcohol and she failed sobriety tests, according to police.
The suspect was identified by police as Khulan Buyankhun, age 23, of the 6000 block of North Elston Avenue.
A WOMAN WAS arrested after she allegedly shoplifted items from at the Kohl’s store in the Lincolnwood Town Center, 3333 W. Touhy Ave., at about 12:40 p.m. Tuesday, July 22, according to Lincolnwood police.
An employee reported that he saw the woman take a shirt and shoes valued at $86 into the dressing room and leave the store without paying for the items, according to police.
The suspect was identified by police as Ariela Leon-Stoepler, age 19, of the 4900 block of West Estes Avenue.

An officer stopped a car that made a turn without signaling, and the driver was arrested after the officer smelled the odor of alcohol on his breath and he failed sobriety tests, according to police.
The suspect was identified by police as Jonathan J. Ponce, age 27, of the 1700 block of West Granville Avenue.
