Local Crime from Lincolnwood 10-15
A MAN REPORTED that his car was burglarized between 5:40 p.m. and 7:40 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 5, in the parking lot of the L. Woods Tap and Pine Lodge, 7110 N. Lincoln Ave., according to Lincolnwood police.
The man reported that he discovered that restaurant gift cards valued at $1,200 were missing from the glove compartment, according to police.
A MAN REPORTED that his car was burglarized between 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. Friday, Oct. 7, in the parking lot of the Lincolnwood Town Center, 3333 W. Touhy Ave., according to Lincolnwood police.
The man reported that he discovered that a rear passenger window was broken and that two toolboxes containing a drill, miscellaneous tools and T-Mobile demonstration cell phones valued at $500 were missing, according to police.
A MAN WAS charged with criminal trespass following his arrest at about 12:25 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 8, in the Lincolnwood Town Center, 3333 W. Touhy Ave., according to Lincolnwood police.
A mall security agent reported that he detained a man who had been banned from the mall and who refused to leav, according to police.
The suspect was identified by police as Christopher D. Boyd Jr., age 25, of the 1800 block of Lemar Avenue, Evanston.
