Man dies in shooting

A man was fatally shot at about 5:15 a.m. Saturday, May 28, at the BP gas station, 6350 W. Montrose Ave., according to 16th (Jefferson Park) District police.
A 26-year-old man reported that as he and his 25-year-old friend were buying cigarettes at the station, two men entered and demanded money from them, according to police. The man said that during an argument, one of the men pulled out a handgun and shot his friend in the head, police said.
The victim was identified by police as Damien Cionzynski, age 25, of the 4400 block of North Nashville Avenue, Harwood Heights.
One of the men was described as white/Hispanic, age 20 to 26, 5-2 to 5-6 and 130 to 140 pounds, and wearing a black shirt and tan pants. The other man was described as white/Hispanic, age 20 to 25 and 5-6 to 5-8, and wearing red shorts and a red shirt.
