A 25-year-old man was admitted to Resurrection Medical Center in good condition following a fire that broke out in a room at the Esquire Motel, 6145 N. Elston Ave., shortly before 10 a.m. Monday, April 7, according to the Chicago Fire Department.
The fire was confined to one room of the motel, officials said.
