A NEW SEWER IS BEING installed in North Hiawatha Avenue from Peterson to Kilpatrick avenues in Sauganash. The city is working on replacing the sewer that dates back to 1926. Workers also were seen pouring concrete in the 6000 block of Hiawatha on Oct. 12.
The city also replaced a sewer in Peterson from Kilbourn to Hiawatha avenues and all lanes of traffic are open on Peterson.
