Sabor a Cafe Steakhouse & live music venue opening on Milwaukee Ave. in Niles

Sabor a Cafe Steakhouse, which features Latin American cuisine and live entertainment, is having its grand opening Saturday night, Nov. 9, at 6873 N. Milwaukee Ave. in Niles, just across the suburb’s border with Chicago.
The venue has been completely remodeled, with music themed artwork on the walls, a bar, a dining area and a stage.
Owner Elio Erraez spent several months gutting and fixing up the two-story building, which over the years has been home to a variety of businesses, including a Polish restaurant at one time. Elio and Martha Erraez also operate Sabor a Cafe Colombian Steakhouse and Live Music Venue at 2435 W. Peterson Ave.
The Niles venue will officially open this Saturday with a performance by Grammy winning artist Diego Gale and Quinto Mayor at 11 p.m. Entry tickets are $40. More information is available on its Facebook page and website: https://saboracafeniles.com/
