ALDERMAN GILBERT VILLEGAS (36th) will hold a community meeting at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, April 11, at Chicago Academy, 3400 N. Austin Ave., on a proposal to construct a four-story complex with a storage facility, stores and restaurants at 3631-57 N. Central Ave.
